SHENTECH Computer, no les compres

I've been buying equipment in the internet for years, but UNFORTUNATELY I ended up buying from SHENTECH.com INC (Rose Ave., Flushing NY 11355). This people are negligent, stupid and you'll lose your money, here's my story...
I ordered an AC adapter for my HP Deskjet 5440, I CLEARLY stated the number of the item 0957-2084, ok, their site looks like they know their business, but no; finally my order arrived to my Brownsville, Texas address, and I connected the damn thing to my printer and it didn't turn on, I read the label on the shit they sent and is a 0957-2083 ac adapter for a Photosmart 7850, this idiots are negligent and don't know what they're doing...
I proceeded to ask for an explanation and this is what I got from them...
"The ac adaptor that we send to you is compatible model from HP. If the ac adaptor is not work for your printer, you can send the item back to refund. Before you send the product back, you have to fill out the rma request form on our website at http://www.shentech.com/techsupport.html. Our rma department will send you the rma number by email after they got the request form from you."
So? I needed to fill a form? I was very angry and wanted to deliver the damn thing to them for a refund, so I told them that I'll send it back without filling any form, so they agreed, but, who do you think is paying for the shipping cost to get back the item? the client of course!!! it cost me an additional $7.00 dollars for something they wrongly sent...they agree to pay $4.05 out of this $7.00 dollars, but, what about the $8.05 I spent the first time to get something that didn't work for my printer model?
They credited my account finally, but, guess what? no $4.05 and obviously, no $8.05...
So, I wasted money, about $15 dollars for a fine lesson with this idiots, also lost time and effort and SHENTECH.COM is the worse company in the internet...it cost me their lack of responsibility, and maybe MORE, what if my printer got fried because of a different voltage? now that I look them in the internet they have plenty of cases like mine, so I hope they burn in hell...
He comprado equipo por internet desde hace muchos años, desafortunadamente terminé comprando con SHENTECH.com INC (NY). Estas personas son negligentes y estúpidas y terminarás perdiendo tu dinero. Aqui mi anécdota...
Ordené un adaptador AC para mi impresora Deskjet HP 5440, claramente mencioné el modelo 0957-2084, si, su sitio se ve como si estas personas saben su negocio, pero no; mi orden llegó a mi domicilio de Brownsville, Texas y al conectar la maldita cosa mi impresora no prendió, leo la etiqueta en la mierda que me mandaron y se lee 0957-2083 para una Photosmart 7850, estos idiotas son negligentes y no tienen idea de lo que hacen...
Procedo a preguntar por una explicación y esto es lo que me contestan...

Si ustedes saben un poco de inglés o un mucho, comprenderán que qué fácil para estos mandar porquerias que no son, y qué fácil, simplemente regrésenlo...llene una forma, háganme el favor...
Estaba muy molesto y lo único que queria era devolver la maldita cosa, así que les mencioné que no llenaría ninguna forma, aceptaron, pero ¿quien creen ustedes que paga el flete de nuevo? ¡el cliente por supuesto! me costó $7.00 dólares adicionales por algo que ellos mandaron equivocado...aceptaron pagar $4.05 de esos $7.00 dólares, pero, ¿qué acerca de los $8.05 dólares que pagué de inicio por algo que no funcionó para el modelo de mi impresora?
Finalmente me abonaron mi tarjeta pero, ¿que creen? sin los $4.05 dólares acordados, tampoco los $8.05 obviamente...
Entonces, tiré dinero, como $15.00 dólares por una fina lección de estos idiotas, también perdí tiempo y esfuerzo y SHENTECH.COM es la peor compañía en internet...me costó su falta de responsabilidad, y MAS quiza, ¿qué tal si mi impresora se arruinó por un voltaje diferente? ahora que los busqué en internet tienen muchos casos como el mío publicados, así que, espero que se quemen en el infierno...
